Victoria Byrne has been with Avanti since 2017, serving the Acquisitions Team in several roles and has most recently stepped into the position of Asset Manager. During her time with Avanti, she has been involved in over 30 transactions, with experience ranging from acquisitions, recapitalizations, dispositions, assisting in due diligence and transaction management. She has worked extensively in the Denver, Colorado Springs, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Kansas City, and Florida markets.
In recognition of her contributions, Victoria received Avanti’s Rising Star Award in 2020. Throughout her time at Avanti, she has been a versatile team player, always ready to take on new challenges and learn different skills across the company.
Victoria graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree from the Burns School of Real Estate in the Built Environment, as well as a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Originally from Naples, Florida, she has proudly called Colorado her home for over ten years.
